Gourri, on the foothills of the Machairas forest, invites visitors to the festival “Stes strates tou paliou Tziairou”, where traditional occupations, tools, and crafts are brought back to life, including the making of the *pithkiavli*, pottery, chair-making, and woodcarving. At the same time, visitors can discover the preparation of traditional foods and drinks, enjoy music, dancing, and children’s activities, and visit the museums, the church of Agios Georgios, the old fountain, and the trail leading to the Mavritsios Waterfall.
