Letymbou - Cyprus Food Museum
The festival centres on the preparation of traditional resi. The programme includes a live demonstration of wheat being ground in a stone mill, the cooking of resi, music by the band “SCORPIONS”, Giorgos Hatzis and Marina Angelou, as well as traditional dances performed by the “Sacred Gardens” Cultural Group. Local delicacies, sweets, wine and zivania will also be available at the venue.
