Pasta Flavors Festival in Agios Theodoros village Larnaca
The Pasta Flavors Festival in Agios Theodoros, Larnaka highlights Cyprus’s long tradition of handmade pasta.
Visitors can taste traditional Cypriot pasta dishes and discover products such as Makaronia Sklinitziou, registered as a Protected Geographical Indication product, as well as Chontrofides and Tertzelouthkia with carob syrup. The festival also includes bread baking in a clay oven, shadow theatre, demonstrations of traditional recipes, a wheat-grinding workshop and Cypriot music, songs and dances.
