On the Limassol–Troodos road, in the village of Doros, the fruits and vegetables of the Cypriot countryside are used to prepare spoon sweets, jams, fruit drinks, syrups, liqueurs, and other sweet flavors by “Katerina Sweets.” All products are handmade, crafted with respect for the traditional recipe, and contain no preservatives.
