In the village of Omodos, at an altitude of 900 meters, lies “Ktima Gerolemo” with its vineyards and family-owned winery. The owners, two brothers, developed a love for fine Cypriot wine from a young age, gaining expertise by assisting their father, Gerolemos, in the traditional wine press (linos). With a focus on showcasing the Cypriot vineyard and its indigenous grape varieties, they produce a range of wines, zivania, and commandaria.
