The limestone soil of the Afamis mountain peak, the mild climate of the region, and the Herodotou family’s winemaking tradition since 1825 guarantee the production of distinctive local wines. Notably, the winery is one of only six in the world—and the only one in Cyprus—that produces blue wine.
