Since 1986, Niki Agathokleous, in the village of Agros in Pitsilia, has been embracing traditional recipes with love and dedication. In a modern workshop built to European standards and certified with ISO 22000, she produces genuine traditional products such as spoon sweets, jams, soutzoukos, carob syrup, epsima, and dried figs. In addition, she offers sugar-free sweets and jams, as well as unique spoon sweet varieties such as olive, tomato, cucumber, carrot, and prickly pear.
