Ingredients

1 kg taro root
3 potatoes
Celery
Onion
1 tomato juice
Salt, pepper
Lemon
A bit of oil 

Method

Peel the kolokasi, wipe it with paper towels, cut it into small slices, put it in a bowl and add the lemon juice. In a saucepan, sauté the onion until golden brown and add the kolokasi. While sautéing the kolokasi, peel the potatoes and add them to the pot. Add the tomato juice, celery, salt and pepper and simmer until Molokai is cooked through. (Andri Demetriou, Kyperounda)
