Name - Origin
A small edible green, which grows by the banks of streams. Its taste is spicy-sweet. Pharmakidou XP (2003, p. 257).

Kartamilles were eaten by villagers with bread and olives and were considered as an appetiser-salad. Pharmakidou XP (2003, p. 257).
