Ingredients
2 cups of dried split broad beans
1 bunch of chard
Olive oil
Vinegar
Salt
Method
Clean and wash the beans. Wash and chop the chard. Put the beans with chard in a pot with cold water and bring to boil. Allow to cook, occasionally removing the foam, if any. Serve with olive oil, vinegar and salt. (Kalyvitou 2008)

Comments
You may replace vinegar with lemon and dry spearmint.
