Green beans with garlic and walnuts.
1kg of green beans (dried)
1/2 cup olive oil
1-2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
1/2 cup crushed walnuts
A bit of vinegar
Salt
Breadcrumbs
Sauté in oil the garlic and the walnuts and stir. Then add the vinegar and breadcrumbs. Add the green beans, salt and a little water. Cover the pot until the food is cooked. (MANRE 2006, 25)
