Ingredients

1 kg of green beans ( grade 1)
Salt
Vinegar
Water

Method

Clean and wash the green beans. Cut them in half and add them to the vinegar. Add a little salt. If the vinegar is strong, then add a little water. (Kyperounda, see Kourri and Lazarou 2007)

Preserving in vinegar.
