Κατσίκι ξεροτηγανισμένο με κρεμμύδια. Deep-fried small goat meat with onion.
Small goat meat cut in pieces (souvla size)
Olive oil
Onions chopped or grated.
Salt
Pepper
Lemon
Season with salt and fry the meat over low heat so that it is golden brown but still soft. Remove from the pan and set aside. Add a little oil in the pan and fry the onions. When they are golden brown, add the meat back in the pan, add pepper and stir. If the meat is still a little tough add a little water and simmer over low heat. Finally add a bit of lemon juice.
