Very quick liver dish, flavoured with cinnamon, pepper and a bit of vinegar or lemon juice.

Ingredients

Liver
Oil
Salt
Cinnamon
Pepper
Vinegar or lemon juice

Method

Wash the liver and cut it into small pieces. Put the oil in the pot to heat up. Add the liver and salt and cover with the lid. Lower the heat and stir until cooked. Add the cinnamon, pepper and a little bit of vinegar or lemon juice. (Sotiroula Kyriakou, 56 years old, Dymes)
