3/4 cup olive oil
3 onions
Method
Cut the sykotaria into small pieces. Separate the heart, lungs and black liver. Heat the olive oil, add the heart and lungs first, and after they have cooked a little, add the black liver and the coarsely chopped onions. Cook the liver until golden brown. (MANRE 2006, 41)
