Ingredients
1 goat's liver
15 onions
5-6 tomatoes
1/2 spoon of ground cinnamon
1 1/2 glass of oil
1 glass of water
1 glass of wine
Bay leaves
Method
Cut the liver into pieces. Grate the tomatoes. Cut the onions into rings. Sauté the onions in oil and then add the liver. Next, add the tomatoes and the herbs (bay leaves, cinnamon). Let it simmer for about 1 hour until it is done. (Panayiota Savva, 65 years old, from Agios Ioannis Agrou)
