Ingredients

1 kg of pork mince
1 tbsp oregano
1 tbsp cumin 
1 tbsp sumac 
3 tbsp olive oil
2 eggs
2 cloves of garlic crushed
2 onions grated
Salt, pepper

Method

Mix the minced meat with the spices, oil and eggs and spread the mixture in a lightly greased oven dish (pyrex). Bake in a moderate oven for about an hour. Slice the gyro and serve on a pitta bread with tzatziki or tahini dip and tomato.
