Ingredients

1 hare 
1 kg onions
1 cup of olive oil
½ glass of vinegar
1 glass of white wine
2-3 bay leaves
Salt
Black pepper

Method

Cut the hare into small pieces. Fry the hare over a low heat. Then peel and fry the onions. Add the wine, salt, pepper and bay leaf to the hare. Leave it for a while until the wine is absorbed. Immediately add the onions and add the vinegar. Then add the water and let it simmer over low heat until it is cooked. (Phroso Kasinou, 38 years old, Dymes)
