Ingredients
2 cups butter
2 cups icing sugar
6 eggs
1/2 cup peanut oil
~ 1 kg of flour with BP (baking powder)
3 tsp BP
Zest of a large orange
Method
Beat the butter and sugar well. Add the eggs (already beaten) and mix. Add the rest of the ingredients, adding as much flour as necessary to make a soft dough that doesn't stick to the hands. Give the dough various shapes of your choice or use a cornet. Bake the cookies in a moderate oven until lightly browned. (MANRE 2010, 73)
