1 kg of peaches
750gr sugar
Method
Wash and peel the peaches and cut them into slices. Put them in a pot with half a glass of water. After boiling for 10 minutes, add the sugar and stir continuously until the jam thickens. When it has cooled a bit, transfer to sterile jars. (Sotira Kyriakou, Kyperounda)
