Ingredients

Lamb meat
Salt
Brandy
5-6 bay leaves

Method

Take ready pieces of meat cut into portions, put them in a roasting tray, salt them, sprinkle them with brandy and add the bay leaves. Then cover the roasting tray with its lid (or with aluminium foil) and place it in a moderate oven for about 3 hours. When cooked, serve with fresh salad and potatoes.
