Ingredients
1 kg boiled potatoes
1 halloumi, grated
1-2 medium onions, finely chopped
Dry spearmint
Oil for frying
Method
Mash the boiled potatoes, add the halloumi, onion and spearmint. Knead all the ingredients and form small round balls. Fry them in plenty of hot oil, after having rolled them in flour. (MANRE 2006, 23)
