Ingredients

Thrushes 
Potatoes
1 glass of red wine
1 glass of tomato juice or grated tomatoes
Salt, pepper

Method

Marinate the thrushes in wine for about an hour. Sauté the thrushes and remove them from the pot. Peel and cut the potatoes, dip them in the wine and sauté them a bit. Add in the pot together with the potatoes, 1 tomato juice or grated tomatoes, 1 glass of red wine, salt, pepper and water to cover the potatoes. When they are half cooked, add the thrushes and cook them all until they are done. (Evangelia Vorka, Kornos)
