Ingredients

1 glass of louvi
2 bundles of green amaranth leaves
4 tbsp vinegar
5 glasses of water
6 tbsp olive oil
salt

Method

Wash the green amaranth leaves, put them in hot water and drain them. Boil the louvi and drain. In a pot, place the louvi, the green amaranth leaves, the oil and the salt and cook. Serve with a dash of vinegar or lemon juice. (Haritos Haritou, 70 years old, Kyperounda)
