Σαλάτα με ρόκα και μαρούλι.
7 lettuce leaves
7 rocket leaves
3 tomatoes
3 cucumbers
1 onion
2 spoonfuls of pickled capers
5 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp vinegar
½ tsp salt
Wash the vegetables. Chop the rocket and lettuce in a bowl, along with the tomato, cucumber and onion. Add the capers. Add the oil, vinegar and salt and mix. (Panagiota Savva, 65 years old, from Agros)
