3 kg of flour (local)
Some sourdough
1 cup of olive oil
1 cup of sugar (optional)
1 cup of šinnos seeds
1 cup raisins a(optional)
Warm water
In a bowl, mix the flour with the oil. Add the sugar. In a separate bowl, dissolve the sourdough with lukewarm water and mix. Add flour and water and knead the dough until it becomes rather soft. Add the šinnos seeds and raisins. Allow the dough to proof. Roll out round pittas of 15cm less than 1cm thick. Bake them in the oven.
