A type of soup with bulgur wheat.

Processing method

After boiling water in a pot, they would add small pieces of red pumpkin and once it was half-cooked, they would add bulgur wheat to boil together with the pumpkin. Then, they would fry onions and pieces of bread crust in olive oil and add them in the pot (Petasi, 1992 p.253).
