Water based soup with bitter orange juice

Olive oil
Plenty of onions
Plenty of bitter orange juice 
Hard bread for frying 
Salt 
Pepper 
Water 

Method

Sauté the onion in olive oil. Add plenty of water, the juice of the bitter oranges, salt and pepper and let it boil. Cut the bread into small bites and fry them in olive oil.
