Ingredients
5 kg of apples
5 glasses of sugar
10 glasses of water
2 tsp salt
Method
Wash the apples, peel them and place them in a basin with the water with the salt. Transfer the apples in sterile bottles. Make the syrup with 1 glass of sugar and 2 glasses of water. Pour it into the bottles. Close the bottles tightly and put them in a pot with water to boil for 10 minutes. Keep them in a cool place. (Eleni Savva, Kyperounda)
