Ingredients
1 medium chicken
Some salt and pepper
2-3 bay leaves
Some oil
Lemon juice
Water
Method
Cut the chicken and place it in a roasting tin (with lid). Add water, oil, salt, bay leaves and lemon juice. Cover with the lid and put it in the oven for 1 hour. (Yiannoula Allayiotou, 64 years old, Kyperounda)
