Very simple, easy and healthy chicken recipe. Boiled in water and served with a squeeze of lemon.

In a pot, boil the chicken with lemon and salt for a long time until tender. Serve on a platter and squeeze lemon on top. Serve hot. (Charalambos Rossides Hadjiharalambous, 77 years old, Kyperounda)

In a pot, boil water and add the chicken. Add the salt. Skim with a spoon. Boil for about half an hour (Stavrou Eleni, 70 years old from Agros)
