Ingredients

1kg of mountain mushrooms, red or white
½ glass of olive oil
salt, pepper
a bit of vinegar

Method

Clean well the mushrooms using a damp cloth and cut them in slices. In a pot, bring water to a boil. Add the mushrooms and let them cook. When ready, drain them into a colander and let them cool. Put them in a bowl, add salt, vinegar and olive oil, and mix. (Kyperounda)
