Μανιτάρια με κρεμμύδι τηγανητά.
500 g mushrooms
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 large sliced onion
Salt and freshly ground pepper
4 tablespoons of vinegar
Wash and drain the mushrooms. In a pan, heat the olive oil and add the onion. When the onion has softened, add the mushrooms and cook until until the water evaporates. Season with salt and pepper and deglaze with vinegar. (Koulla Karamanis, Kornos)
