Ingredients

500g of mushrooms
1 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup water
salt, pepper
Oil for frying

Method

Wash well, drain the mushrooms. In a bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt with the water. Dip the mushrooms in the batter. Heat the oil and fry the mushrooms. (Stavroula Vorka, Kornos)
