Mushrooms in wine

Ingredients

1 kg of mushrooms
1/2 cup of oil
1/2 cup red wine, dry
coriander, pepper and salt

Method

Wash well, drain and cut the mushrooms. Sauté them in the oil and when they turn golden brown, add the wine and coriander and cover the pot until they become tender. Then add the salt and pepper, mix and serve hot. (MANRE 2006, 10-11)
