2 kgs dried green beans
200 g quinces
Salt
Olive oil
Method
Wash the quinces and peel them. Boil the green beans for a while and drain them. Then, boil again the green beans in water and before they are completely cooked add the quinces. (Panagiota Ioannou, 68 years old, Kyperounda)
