Yahni beans in a clay pot

Name - Recipe
Φασόλια γιαχνί ψημένα στο φούρνο, σε πήλινο σκεύος.
1 cup of beans
1 large onion
2 cups of tomato juice
2-3 celery sticks
1/2 cup of olive oil
Salt and pepper
Wash very well and soak the beans overnight in cold water. In a pot, put the beans in cold water to cover them and boil them for 3-4 minutes. Then rinse them very well and put them in a clay pot. Add the sliced onion, chopped celery, tomato juice, olive oil, salt and pepper and water to cover them. Cover with parchment paper and foil and bake in the oven at medium heat.
