The chops are marinated overnight in wine and coriander. The marinade ingredients are later used during cooking, forming a delicious sauce.

Ingredients

1 kg pork cutlets 
3/4 cup red dry wine
3-4 tablespoons oil
Salt
Pepper
Cinnamon 
Dry coriander

Method

Put the cutlets in marinade (red dry wine with dry coriander) overnight. In a saucepan, add the oil and then the cutlets half-drained. Add salt, pepper, cinnamon and bay leaves. Cover the pot and cook on low heat. When the chops are browned on both sides, add the wine and dry coriander and cook for a while. If necessary, add a bit of water, and cook until the meat is tender.
