Πατάτες με αγκινάρες.

Ingredients

6-8 large potatoes
2 tins of artichokes
1 large onion
½ glass of olive oil
¼ glass of lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Method

Clean and wash the potatoes and cut them into large pieces. Put them in a large baking tin. Drain the water from the artichokes and distribute them over the potatoes. Add the onion cut into rings, drizzle some olive oil over the potatoes and add the lemon juice, salt and pepper (to taste). Place aluminum foil over the baking tin and bake at 180 °C for 40 minutes.
