Onion, cut crosswise
A small garlic

Juice of bitter orange and lemon
Wash and cut the lapsanes. Boil them with a little salt and drain them. Fry the onion and garlic and once they are golden brown, add the chopped fennel and stir for a while. Add the boiled lapsanes and stir to mix with the rest of the mixture. Then add the the bitter orange juice and lemon juice, salt and pepper and bring to a simmer over low heat.
